A long-term owner, not a short-term investor.
Every business we operate runs under this company. It holds the contracts, the insurance, the bank accounts, and the payment relationships, so customers and partners always deal with one accountable legal entity, whichever brand they know us by.
Today that includes IT consulting and managed services for organizations, software that helps small and mid-size businesses run their operations, and a consumer apparel brand. Each one keeps its own name, website, and customers. The parent company supplies everything underneath.

Our approach
One foundation, many businesses.
The parent company handles what every business needs and none should rebuild alone, so each one can spend its energy on its customers.
Ownership & Governance
One legal entity signs every agreement and carries the liability, so customers, vendors, and partners always know who stands behind the work.
Shared Operations
Banking, billing, accounting, insurance, and compliance run centrally, with each business tracked separately and reporting into a single set of books.
Technology & Infrastructure
One secured cloud environment, identity system, and business phone and email platform, with each business kept isolated inside it.
Leadership
Loyd Johnson
Founder & Managing Member
Loyd founded the company to bring several businesses under one accountable owner. An IT systems professional with enterprise experience in endpoint and identity management, cloud administration, IT service management, and automation, Loyd personally designs and runs the technology the businesses operate on.
